We all know what a diamond is, a
lump of coal, transformed by time and pressure into
something precious, something wonderful. You can be a
diamond!! When you look at where you are right now, think
of yourself as a "diamond in the rough"!!
* Make a
choice - any choice - if you do ANYTHING for 21 days it
becomes a habit. Guess what!!! You can develop
good habits, on purpose!
* Insanity = doing the same thing, over and over, and
expecting changes to occur.
"I'm doing the best I can" = I CAN'T DO
ANYTHING MORE WITHOUT HAVING TO MAKE A CHANGE!!!
1. Be FLEXIBLE, teachable - be willing to learn
2. Change the system that you are a product of - Change
the map - Re-write the "program"! Re-think your
paradigm!
3. Develop the attitude of being a business owner:
- what do you have at stake, what you risk is your DREAM!
- This is a business, not a hobby, don't treat it like it's
optional! Give it as much respect as you gave your job!
- Make the necessary investments in your business, take
charge! "IF IT'S TO BE IT'S UP TO ME!!!!
- Take NO excuses, from others, or YOURSELF!!
4. Make the BUSINESS a priority - what choices are
you making with the time you have control over? Change
your choices!
5. Be willing to do it all - don't pick and choose what
you're willing to do to build the business.
6. Build relationships - be real - don't try to be a
clone. Support people, make them feel better because they
have spent time with you!
7. Eliminate the NEGATIVE. Don't dwell on what isn't
working, don't get agitated by the mundane frustrations
of your everyday life. When you take your eyes off your
DREAM to look at the muck you're sloshing through, that's
when you will stumble.
8. Do the right thing - observe the Golden Rule -
discover doing good things, for the fun of it! Be
trustworthy. Be aware of yourself, what message are you
spreading?
9. Develop a solid BELIEF in your dream. Operate in your
"Realm of Possibility". What you do, proves
your belief, not so much to others, but more importantly,
to yourself.
You can CHOOSE unparalleled success or you can choose
mediocrity...
